I'm extremely happy with the job servpro did restoring my flooded basement back to its original condition. Brendan specifically worked very hard tirelessly to get all the work done on a tight timeline. I'm very grateful and can easily recommend their whole team. Fernando and his crew did an exceptional job helping us with a leak and finding all the areas behind walls and in the ceiling that were wet and moldy. Their attention to detail, their cleanliness, and their thoroughness went above and beyond. They did the job with excellent professionalism and followed up with the same detail. Fernando took the time to explain the process, the findings, and the next steps. They were kind and courteous throughout.

These (Fernando and Imanol) came out after a pipe decided to burst and flood half my first floor, they took samples to test for asbestos and led, something that pleasantly surprised me. Other than that, they had professional equipment to test for water damage in the walls and cabinets, came back every day to reposition the fans and dehumidifiers, drilled holes in the walls to vent the moisture to prevent cutting the walls.
