Kenny came with his crew each day. He arrived early/on time and promptly got to work. He explained the entire overall drying process and what I could expect with the wood flooring and kitchen cabinets. He tried to save my wood floor and used every piece of equipment he had. While we couldn't save the flooring, he tried. It's better to try than wonder what if. Jerome. Jaheim, and Carson were awesome!! If I could give them more stars I would... they were all very professional and courteous..they did an amazing job.. After a tree fell through my roof during a tornado and created a lot of damage Servpro mitigation team came out led by Ken. Ken spent a lot of time during seven straight days of hard work helping to make the best of a tough situation. Ken went above and beyond in multiple instances, including changing all 24 lightbulbs in the main foyer chandelier which is 20 feet off the ground and was not part of the damage, which I have never been able to access. Fernando and Imanol did a fabulous job of cleaning up a serious water problem caused by a leaky dishwasher. They came in the middle of the night, explained what they were going to do, and worked hard to help us out. They were very professional and sympathetic to our needs. Their service and demeanor were wonderful. We highly recon them.
