We hired ServPro a year ago to clean soot off our walls and in our attic. Come to find out in an inspection that they skipped the attic. When I attempt to get a quote now, they want $10,500 to clean a 250sf attic. That is nearly 3x the cost of what we paid to clean every surface of a 6,000sf house. It took nearly a week to get a quote and they wouldn't even come out to look at the simplicity of the job. I suggest using other local Austin companies.
