These guys were so professional, and helpful, especially Chris. Chris took the time to help us deal with the insurance which was most appreciated. He was timely, which I appreciated wholeheartedly, since he had to come to the house 5 or 6 times during this experience, to check on progress,equipment etc. This was due to a complicated bathroom leak and has taken several companies to rectify it. Servpro was one of my favorites.
EVERY thing. there are very good workers.
We had a pipe burst in the ceiling and pump several thousand gallons of water into the walls and ceiling. Eventually this caused a huge problem as you can imagine. I called ServPro and they were at the house within 2 hours and immediately began the clean up work. In total it took about 6 days of work and drying to clean up, demo and dry the place out. Excellent local business in Lake County-they are committed to our community!
They charged me $40k for a very bad cleaning job. Most of the laundry they did was returned wet or damp. They lost things. They put my things in bubble wrap leaving them dusy. When they wiped my walls they did it with dirty cloths and wiped dirt all over my 25 foot walls. They did such a bad job I feel robbed! I wish they never came to my home. Dont ever hire them.
