Adrea Vui, and his team at ServPro Petaluma were prompt professional and thorough. They showed up right away and took care of my water damage and mitigated potential mold issues. they even packed up some things I didn't know would be in their way and they did so neatly and kept my belongings protected. ServPro has also maintained a high level of patience and grace while i deal with insurance hold ups. I would highly recommend them for your damage response if you should need the best.
Adrea Vui was a consummate professional. He was dealing with a very upsetting situation: a neighbor of ours hired an unlicensed worker, who cut a pipe in the fire suppression system that led to flooding of our garage.
