I hardly know where to start to let this review bring a HUGE SHOUT OUT to SERVPRO in Kirksville. From the very first phone call I made to Jill to the final follow up call they made I have never received such wonderful customer service and care. And that doesn't even include how amazing of a job they did on deep cleaning my sister's place. I had asked for a deep clean of her entire apartment. Servpro of Kirksville is the most heartless uncaring individuals I've ever had the unfortunate experience with. They threw out my whole life. Saying it was unable to be saved. Pictures diplomas trophies heirlooms etc. These things were not affected by the mold damage. These items were in totes with lids so they would not be damaged by the mold issue we were experiencing.
