They did an awesome job and I didn’t have anyone to help me move my couches and they assisted me and was very patient. Thank you guys so much!!
They "lost" or "never had" the two most important things I left with them, and I can't forget it. Literally the two items I said to be careful with, I never got back. It might be the fault of a rogue employee that'sno longer working there (this happened a couple years ago now), but I still can't wrap my head around it. They also said my stuff was clean but when I went to pick it up it hadn't been touched and had to be "redone" (aka done the first time).
