They "lost" or "never had" the two most important things I left with them, and I can't forget it. Literally the two items I said to be careful with, I never got back. It might be the fault of a rogue employee that'sno longer working there (this happened a couple years ago now), but I still can't wrap my head around it. They also said my stuff was clean but when I went to pick it up it hadn't been touched and had to be "redone" (aka done the first time).
