Edgar on the mitigation team did an amazing job helping me navigate through my washer leaking through the floor in my house, the next steps, the clean up, etc. his communication and customer service skills are top notch. As for cost, they worked directly with my insurance to make it easier on me. Jerry the project manager for the reconstruction team was friendly, attentive, helpful, and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction as if it never happened in the first place. I would absolutely use Servpro again.
