Exceptional team. I called on a Sunday morning and had a crew out within the hour. Joe, John, and Luke were courteous and empathetic with the situation. They worked into the night mitigating any further damage without being asked to do so. I can’t say enough. Big thank you!!!!
Got to the house in under 2 hours and took care of business! Professional and polite. Hopefully don’t have to use again but would be my first call if necessary.
It is my opinion to anyone considering using this specific ServPro 8220 service to repair the damages done buy water damage, you would due better looking elsewhere. You should AVOID using this companies alleged/claimed repair services as they are non-existent. They are extremely unprofessional especially their repair manager who cannot receive or return calls requested. This was a claim through State Farm. I don't know otherwise how they would be and what prices they have. The remediation of my water heater leaking was done swiftly and professionally by Todd and Rosa, then checked for the next 3 days by Chelsea. On the other hand, the customer service and response time for the reconstruction took way too long. They don't do well with small projects.
