My service took a while for completion w/ ServPro Contractors but MR. CARL kept me in the loop and ensured that I was kept up to date on next steps /plan of action ensuring myself, USAA, and his supervisor were all on the same page via email, text, and phone. The team, Tim, Mike and Sam was amazing. As traumatic and frustrating as the flooding was, these guys walked me through every step and assured me they would take care of it. They kept the atmosphere light, professional and even made me laugh a few times. Though I hope I don't need the service again, if I do, I'd want this same team. I am very thankful and appreciative of Servpro for their time and services.
