We had water damage due to flooding a couple months ago, and Servpro was great when it came to demolition and drying out the water damage. They were also a big help when it came to dealing with insurance. However, their construction side was less than desired. While the contractor they used installed the flooring and fixed the drywall really well, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets that they built were very poor quality.
