Servpro was hired to clean up and restore after I had a water leak incident involving my bathroom and bedroom. Their first step was removing the entire carpet from the room and furniture. The staff were very professional and punctual. They showed respect (cleaned up after each completed task) for my home. Employees smoking on the job, other employee cursing at me because I asked them why were they parked in my yard on my grass while doing service at another property. Completely unprofessional. Laughing while I recorded them. Very weird to come outside to 3 grown men strangers on a property they haven’t been called to
