Adonis & Dawson we’re Dispatch to a Flood on the 3 rd floor of a 3 story Medical Office Building- B to be exact! They both communicated with me during their commute. They arrived on scene and immediately began extracting water with their equipment! Before you know it, they were putting their fans out and we were going home. On July 26, 2026, we had a tree fall on our home during a severe wind and rain event. The tree broke through the roof, allowing rainwater to enter a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. After getting the roof cleared enough to install a temporary tarp and removing as much water from the affected area as we could, we contacted our insurance carrier the following day.
