Servpro did an excellent job during an incredibly tough and stressful situation. After a weekend away, we came home to a busted pipe and 4" of water in much of our our home. They were courteous and respectful of our home and belongings.
Something I wish they would have asked is if I would have liked to have saved some of the LVP flooring. I only had 2 boxes of extra flooring and the water damage wasn’t severe enough to have damaged the LVP exposed to water. Instead they ripped it up damaging the tongue and groove of the floors. When I realized what they did I asked that they leave the floors in my garage as these floors aren’t manufactured anymore for me to buy more replacements. It’s unfortunate and quite inconsiderate.
