The "demo" team- (Chris, Freddy, Luis, Chuy and Iris) earned the 5 star rating. They worked clean and professional, but also were very helpful and accommodating. Iris was also very friendly and prompt to respond to our concerns. During this stressful time they were empathetic and comforting.
Servpro is a good company and they will do a good job on your house. If you have fire, water or mold damage to your house they will fix it, no matter what.
i was referred to this company through my homeowners insurance . This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. There workmanship is horrible. They had to come back several times to redo paint, wall texture, and flooring. And it still looks horrific. They got paint on my furniture and appliances and even scratched my furniture. I would never recommend this company. Your company came back several times to try and redo paint, texture and flooring and it only made it look worse. You were supposed to send someone out again ab... read more
