I am extremely disappointed with ServPro and would not recommend them to anyone. Communication was very poor from the start. We were repeatedly told we would receive updates and phone calls, but instead we had to follow up ourselves after waiting days with no contact. Progress on our project was incredibly slow, with little to no sense of urgency. They removed one of our toilets early in the process, leaving us with only one functioning bathroom for over 50 days. Many times, home emergencies happen on a weekend or the middle of the night. Ours was both. It happened early on a Saturday morning at 1230 am on February 7, 2026. We discovered the hot water valve to our washer malfunctioned and leaked water onto the laundry room floor behind our washing machine and went undetected for we don't know how long. Very disappointed with Servpro’s service. This company was referred by my homeowner’s insurance, and trusting that recommendation was a big mistake. They made multiple mistakes that ended up costing me money. Their invoice includes charges for materials that were never used in my house. When I reached out by phone and email to question these charges, I received no response. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. The "demo" team- (Chris, Freddy, Luis, Chuy and Iris) earned the 5 star rating. They worked clean and professional, but also were very helpful and accommodating. Iris was also very friendly and prompt to respond to our concerns. During this stressful time they were empathetic and comforting.
