I had a very positive experience with Serv-Pro after a burst pipe caused flooding in my kitchen and basement laundry area. They were recommended for flood cleanup and were so responsive and professional that I chose to use them for repair and restoration of the flood damage. The crew Neson, Damian and Nico were very nice, polite and they professionally done their work neat and very clean. It cost a lot but it goes with the work they do and I understand that. But I'm just not happy with the communication part with the project manager. Came first day, never see him again. Never called to check on the job nor reply to my email. I had water damage in my basement and Pete and his crew handled it and they were exceptional. Pete came to assess the situation within an hour of me calling ServPro, he had the plumber there shortly after to fix the issue, and he brought his crew to do some cleanup right away. The crew was then scheduled to begin the rest of the work the next business day. Throughout the process everyone always showed up on time and got everything done as scheduled. Terrible service. Left our house demoed and freezing through one of the coldest winters on record and refuse to do anything about it or even apologize. Awful communication, they don’t return phone calls or give updates. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Would give zero stars if google would allow it. Frank, Diana, and everyone we have dealt with in the reconstruction department have been completely useless. Now we’re forced to look for a new contractor to rebuild what Servpro started.
