I had water damage in my basement and Pete and his crew handled it and they were exceptional. Pete came to assess the situation within an hour of me calling ServPro, he had the plumber there shortly after to fix the issue, and he brought his crew to do some cleanup right away. The crew was then scheduled to begin the rest of the work the next business day. Throughout the process everyone always showed up on time and got everything done as scheduled. Terrible service. Left our house demoed and freezing through one of the coldest winters on record and refuse to do anything about it or even apologize. Awful communication, they don’t return phone calls or give updates. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Would give zero stars if google would allow it. Frank, Diana, and everyone we have dealt with in the reconstruction department have been completely useless. Now we’re forced to look for a new contractor to rebuild what Servpro started.

We had an extremely frustrating experience with ServePro of Hicksville/Plainview and would not recommend their services. Like another reviewer mentioned, we were stuck playing phone tag with them while also trying to navigate our homeowners insurance. Communication was inconsistent at best, and at times completely nonexistent. Our home was demoed in October 2025, and as of March 2026, the job is still unfinished.
