very unprofessional behavior from Allen from the Hesperia office. He sat outside of my house wasting time for over 30 minutes and was on facetime with some lady arguing (i was able to hear on my viviant camera and his windows were down). I am overall disappointed with the lack of consideration of my time and when I called in to complain the receptionist had told me she received a few complaints of this guy doing that same exact stalling practice. Servepro please find yourself better employees to represent your company
