I don’t wish misfortune on anyone but it’s comforting to know if something does happen that we have a great company we can call for help. It was estimated at a 2 day job but this mother/son team of Becky and Carl got it all done in one day. There wasn’t a speck of dust left behind anywhere when they left. Even swept my porch. Thank you Servpro.

They brought equipment to the house and checked on it every now and then. As far as actual clean up, we had all of that work ourselves. The employees were good at the start and so-so in the end. Overall the price was reasonable for the short notice. In response to your post, the overall service wasn't an issue. The job was done as discussed. We did the clean up and were told that the company had a lot of places dealing with bigger issues. We had SERVPRO come out to perform mold remediation in our basement after significant water damage, and we were very pleased with the service they provided. From the beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the remediation process and answer our questions.
