I was sent ServPro by my insurance company because of a water leak due to a plumbing issue in my house. The project manager showed up and explained everything they needed to do, they came the first day and assessed the problem, I had my plumber in to stop the leak, and on a Saturday the demo and drying started. The crew on site told me everything they needed to do and while they had a lot of work to do they were very considerate to not disturb our day anymore than necessary. We recently experienced a flooded basement due to a hot water heater failure. It was quite a mess as the water reached easily 1/2 of the basement and we were overwhelmed by the damage. Serv Pro arrived almost immediately on scene and began the clean-up. I can't describe the professionalism and empathy of Nathan, the lead project manager. He took time to explain everything to us with patience and kindness. He didn't mind that we sometimes asked questions twice. I have used them in my line of work (insurance) for my customers. They are easy to work with. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend to anyone needing mitigation services to use them!
