ServPro’s production manager and team did a quick and thorough cleanup of a basement sewage leak. The production manager was very knowledgeable and communicated in a responsive and professional manner.
After water damage to lower rooms in our house, Servpro not only removed damaged flooring and walls, but completely cleaned and dried. Then, their repair team replaced damaged flooring and walls, painted, caulked and cleaned, leaving as good as new. Big thanks to the Servpro team who were very professional, and Todd Puckett who oversaw the repair.
My kitchen faucet sprayer blew out when I wasn't home. I came home to a wet mess. Immediately I called my insurance company in Waynesville and they suggested Servpro. Within one hour they were there. They started work the next day. I had very good communication with my go to guy Todd, and he handled the job like it was his home. Very professional and the work was perfect. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I love my new kitchen.
My house was flooded during Helene. I called Servpro for an estimate. The rep they sent stated he would email me within 2 days of the walk through (11/4). I gave them 2 weeks due to the volume of work they were getting before following up on the estimate that was supposed to be sent in 2 days (11/18) and was told "they will be calling this evening", I even had the ladyon the phone verify my info in case that's where the issue was. I was a temporary emplyee for you guys a couple of years back and I love you guys and I'm praying for a speedy recovery for yall and I'm praying the servepro family came out of that storm to tell the stories. You are all in my hearts today and everyday.
