Zero Stars... After a major rain storm in the area, we woke up to our basement flooded. We called ServPro and they said they would be right out. It took several hours but one employee showed up late that evening. He explained that he could have a crew come out over night to start the cleanup. To keep from being charged “off hour" fees, I told him to hold off until the morning and he said they would be out at 8am. We asked for an estimate of how much the cleanup would cost.
