Apparently this company is not really 24 hours. I called the number listed on google on Wednesday around 7:45pm and after explaining my situation, I was told by Mr. Garza that I was calling his personal cell after hours, as if I was inconveniencing him. I still went ahead and sent my information, and he called me on Thursday to set up an appointment. Luis, William and the team at ServPro did a fantastic job drying out a building that was flooded. Their response time was great and I was kept informed during the entire process. The job was completed in the time frame that was expected. Their invoice was very detailed and included pictures of their drying equipment in use. I would recommend ServPro to anybody and everybody in the RGV.
