Luis, William and the team at ServPro did a fantastic job drying out a building that was flooded. Their response time was great and I was kept informed during the entire process. The job was completed in the time frame that was expected. Their invoice was very detailed and included pictures of their drying equipment in use. I would recommend ServPro to anybody and everybody in the RGV.

I was very happy with the work that Servpro of Harlingen San Benito did at my home, all the staff was very professional and courteous at all times. They answered my calls and William was very knowable and helpful. Thank you again for everything you did.
They were very rapidly responsive when first called to help with an A/C water leak and got the two carpeted bedrooms dried out quickly and thoroughly. After that, things got complicated. They found asbestos that had to be dealt with, but I ended up having to act as general contractor once the positive test results came back. They didn’t tell me that the testing company differed from the remediation company.
