I called about an issue in our attic and scheduled an appointment for them to come out to assess it. They called me the morning of and canceled at the last minute stating “something came up” and we rescheduled for 2 days later. They ended up not showing at all for that appt, no call, no text, nothing. We contacted them toward the end of the day and they said they were “short staffed” and so could’t make it that day. During the extreme cold of February, we experienced a burst water pipe in our sun room. Our floor was flooded and some furniture was soaked. The ServPro people that did our Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation were so professional in their work and helpful in answering our questions. Thank you for making an unpleasant event more sunny - Katelyn, Eric, Joe, Justin, John, Alexis, Shaun and Faith!
