There was an incident involving a Servpro. "Professional" in December. He said that he would resolve this issue with the company- and took my information. I've called over 10 times and was told that they would contact me back by a superior , yet they continue to ignore my requests .

The team at SP was awesome. Amber, Dani, & Lou (just to name a few) were on-point from Day #1. The repairs look better than the original. Will use them again. I highly recommend their services.

We had a spill. We called ServPro of Hampshire County, MA and our call was immediate handled by Daniella. Within a day a representative was sent to the house to estimate the work. Our home is forty miles north of their location. We received a written proposal by email and a crew came to do the work. All done and completed professionally by phone and in person. I highly recommend Kevin and his team.

From start (oh no, our cellar is flooded and it’s Sunday evening!) to a clean, beautifully restored cellar at the end of- all of the people associated with ServPro were fabulous. Professional, timely and incredibly helpful. Really hope not to need their services in the future, but in the event we do- they will be the first call! Thank you Megan, Lou, Bob and the rest of the dynamite employees!
