Had a great experience with Servpro! A pipe burst in my house and they were there within an hour. After they fixed everything, my house was like new. My insurance company paid them directly and the entire process was smooth.
I am very grateful for the staff at Servpro of Hamilton. They took care of the smoke damage in my office and truly made it like it never even happened.
Asked them to come early on the fourth day to pick up equipment. The service man said okay. Instead they came early on the second day, not long after a late installation the day prior before. We asked them to come again later on the second day as agreed as no one would be home for a reading on the third day but they refused. Poor customer service - yes there was a miscommunication but they did nothing to adjust for it. They ignored my husband’s call to adhere to original schedule.
