The team was fast in response and arrived not long after our call. The tech Gage that came out to demo the impacted area was awesome! He was VERY professional and even gave a requested courtesy call prior to arriving so that I could stash the dogs away. He arrived on time and was honest and explained what he saw after pulling up a the flooring vinyl after a mishap with Lowes on a dishwasher install. I cannot comment on the resolution group yet as the repair has not started yet.
Terrible experience with my current process they have missed multiple dates, have not been transparent with the process. I have been told people were working on my houss, I drive 2 hours to see it, nothing has been done. I will post photos and update my review once they complete. Was supposed to be 3 days ago. I bet they have another week.
Servpro was incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of.
