I have called three times this week for a job that was done 7 days ago. I need a report of what was done on my parents townhome since I dont live there and its being rented out. Each time i call they are nice and say an email will be sent asap. I am still awaiting one and cannot believe I still have to be on top of them to send me an email with the work done. I don’t understand why I keep getting the runaround. So far I can only rate the non communication. I can’t rate eve service.

Servpro arrived immediately after our severe water damage and took care of everything with professionalism and kindness. Trent, Jeff, John, Jordan, Demetrius, and his crew walked us through each step, handled the water extraction, drying, and damage removal, and protected all of our furniture and belongings while contractors worked. Their team was fast, careful, and truly dependable. Highly recommend!

The entire ServPro team worked diligently to ensure proper communication throughout the process. They also did everything possible to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Subcontractors were incredible( Luis @ S&M renovations and Todd @ D&D Flooring). I would recommend their services should the need arise.
