Our experience with ServPro started with me calling after finding a new “water feature” in our home after a toilet broke while we were gone. The very kind woman who spoke with me had a whole team to our house in 30 minutes and that set the tone for every encounter after that. I had extensive water damage through out entire first floor of home. Servpro did an excellent job of responding quickly and removing water as well as all the follow up to remove all affected areas. I would absolutely use them again and refer them for any work that needs to be done!
We had an appointment this morning at 9:30 AM and the person was a no show. No phone call alerting us that no one would be coming. We finally called the office around 10 and were told the man was out today. Who is responsible for letting customers know if their appointments are not going to be kept. We made arrangements to be available for this appointment time and had expectations that the time appointed would be kept.
