Customer service is awful and they take advantage of people. My Gigi had just lost her husband and then a few months later her entire home was flooded. So her insurance picked servpro and servepro charged her. The most they could for everything, because of course, she had no idea what was going on. So, all of her things were in the smallest boxes that they could pack. So that they could number the boxes?
