We had a very good experience with SERVPRO of Greater Waco. They utilized an ozone treatment, as well as their specialty cleaning, on a vintage bookcase that had been exposed to prolonged indoor cigarette use. (We purchased the bookcase online without being told that it had been damaged in that way, and we did not want to paint over it as it matches other pieces we already own.) They have been nothing short of amazing! They came out on a holiday to help us when our downstairs flooded. They stayed until everything was moved and water was handled. Their service is top notch! I really can’t recommend them enough! Call them! You won’t be disappointed!
