We had a very good experience with SERVPRO of Greater Waco. They utilized an ozone treatment, as well as their specialty cleaning, on a vintage bookcase that had been exposed to prolonged indoor cigarette use. (We purchased the bookcase online without being told that it had been damaged in that way, and we did not want to paint over it as it matches other pieces we already own.)
