Definitely no complaints about Servpro! I discovered water had leaked from the master bathroom down into the basement. It was a mess, and there was a large area of water damage, mold, and mildew. Plus, the bathroom needed work and cleaning, possibly due to overflow. I called Servpro on a Sunday evening and immediately was connected to someone who could help me. Mike at Servpro was an absolute lifesaver. Had a bad flood that ruined a lot and Mike made sure everything was taken care promptly, always communicated updates and what was going on, and made sure the entire process was smooth. Mike and his team turned a horrible situation into as positive of a situation as he could have. I will always use Mike and Servpro going forward for situations like this, and highly recommend him to others.

You go through life hoping you never need to hire a company like Servpro, but when it happens, you thank god they are there. They made a difficult time a little easier to manage. Very professional, very friendly. Very highly recommend them.
