Mike has made a stressful situation a seamless process. Tim was here the same day I called to assess the situation, and Angel and his crew started the clean out immediately. Angel and his crew were professional, hardworking, and friendly. Angel went above and beyond to explain the process and has been a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent leader. I highly recommend Serv Pro of Greater Smithtown and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

While we were away during the deep freeze the end of Jan 2026 we had a pipe burst on the 2nd fl doing damage to all 3 floors. I called Ray the Plumber to fix the burst pipe on a Saturday and they responded within the hour and fixed the pipe. The plumber seeing all the damage from collapsed ceilings told my sons we need to get someone in here asap to handle the mitigation and suggested SERVPRO of Greater Smithtown. You can’t go wrong with this group. Tyler and his team were nothing short of professional, transparent and extremely respectful - they truly made a nightmare home repair situation better with their help and communication. These guys are practical - I would strongly recommend working with them.
