Servpro of greater smithtown Mike and his team did a great job my basement was a disaster after the flood somehow they cleaned it up in a couple of days and repaired all the walls and flooring great job guys!!!
While we were away, the icemaker in our freezer malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen floor. Unfortunately, since our home is on a slab and has hardwood floors, the damage was extensive. Thankfully, Mike and his team stepped in and took care of everything seamlessly. From their exceptional customer service to the quality of their workmanship—and most importantly, their consistent follow-through—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Servpro of Greater Smithtown was above and beyond professional. They were a shinning light on a dark day for us. They took a nightmare and made a dream come true. We had a broken pipe that went unnoticed while we were away.
