The team at ServPro of Greater Smithtown were top notch! They were extremely accommodating and went the extra mile for me and my family after we had a leak in our basement. They answered my MANY questions and addressed all my concerns. It was an absolute pleasure working with the team - I feel confident that the cleanup was done professionally and with the greatest attention to detail possible. I am confident in the team's knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend! Kyle and Jayden were absolutely top notch!!!!

When my mom's basement flooded, I was so overwhelmed , but SERVPRO made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to get through. I can't say enough about Mike Filano. He was absolutely amazing, calling and texting regularly to keep me updated, answering all of my questions, and helping me every step of the way. Even though I was trying to coordinate everything for my mom, Mike always made me feel like we were in good hands. His communication and kindness truly put my mind at ease.
