Every step of the way, Mike and his team were fantastic. They assisted with all of the headaches that dealing with insurance companies can cause and made it a pleasurable experience not to mention their work is top-notch and the guys that they have are true professionals, pleasant and clean. From the mitigation of the water damage to the rebuilding of our home, it was truly a pleasure to work with them.

I recently had a water damage to my basement, I contacted Servpro of great Smithtown, where I met their friendly and courteous crew. Tyler and his crew came over promptly on time told me exactly what they were going to do step-by-step. The team at ServPro of Greater Smithtown were top notch! They were extremely accommodating and went the extra mile for me and my family after we had a leak in our basement. They answered my MANY questions and addressed all my concerns. Definitely no complaints about Servpro! I discovered water had leaked from the master bathroom down into the basement. It was a mess, and there was a large area of water damage, mold, and mildew. Plus, the bathroom needed work and cleaning, possibly due to overflow. I called Servpro on a Sunday evening and immediately was connected to someone who could help me.
