My house flooded due to a deep freeze causing a pipe to burst in February of 2026. Servpro was able to come out the same night that the incident was discovered. The mitigation took a couple of weeks to complete and there were a couple of dinner foremen but the best, by far, was Kristin Delatte. I’m publicly documenting my current unfortunate experience with servepro. My home was flooded and I called for help. The team showed up to pack out all my items and furniture. I currently have a non climate controlled storage box in my driveway for the things that they never finished packing- this includes items that were flooded and mixed in with things that were not. They did inform me that they needed consent to store “personal items” in the warehouse which I did consent to but I was left with plenty of things in my home ... read more
Due to a toilet leak I had a ceiling fall down. The area around the toilet and part of the ceiling and half of a ceiling medallion fell. Corey, DJ, Kristin and Charlie from Servpro of Greater Covington and Mandeville did a great job with the water mitigation. I highly recommend them.
Jamie and her crew of Bladen and Anthony did a wonderful job of mold and water remediation in my bathroom. They did extensive work and clean up. Very helpful in explaining their work and the time it took. A pleasure speaking with and seeing their work. Highly recommend!
Kristin was awesome to work with. She was courteous, respectful, & informative during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing serv pro’s services. We also worked with Corey & DJ (on a few calls) & they were great to work with as well!
