A leaking toilet did extensive damage to the floors in my home, and the ServPro team was fantastic. A response time that would make Jimmy John’s jealous and the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Special thanks to the team lead Kristin for helping navigate a difficult situation, and making a chaotic time calmer. The rest of the team Corey, Ryan and Deion were so helpful in cleanup and removal of the damage areas. Highly recommend ServPro of Covington!
