Overpriced and very unprofessional. I hired Servpro back in June and they did not complete the job until last week. They would not answer my insurance company to process the claim. I had to hold their hand through the whole process. I initially started working with Ivan. He stopped responding to me and was dodging every message I sent. When I said I wasn’t going to pay util the work was completed, that is when the manager for the Boulder branch reached out and was “concerned”.
