Luis and his crew responded promptly when we realized there was water flowing into more than one of our townhouse's crawl spaces due to a water main break. If I could give negative stars, I would! We hired ServPro to complete water damage repairs in our home after a leak about a year ago. Unfortunately, the quality of work and follow-up has been extremely disappointing. Recently, three kitchen floor tiles have come loose, clearly related to the previous repair work. This issue occurred within the warranty period, yet for the past three months I have been trying to get this resolved with no success. From the first time my mitigation technician, Levi, texted me, to the day they packed up after completing the mitigation of water in my home, I was never left out of the loop. Communication with the Servpro team was excellent. They texted me with their schedule every day. The work was done professionally and they took great care to protect my flooring and personal items.
