The company's sales tactics are not forthright. They infer that they are working with the City of Austin by claiming they have "noticed increased water bills in your area and will be out to conduct inspections." I automatically don't want to do business with anyone who tries to deceive me about their objective. There is nothing offensive about wanting to sell repair services for water lines and they ought to just come out and say that's what they're doing. Instead, they make themselves sound like a scam.

We had weather related extensive water damage in my house. ServPro of Pflugerville performed an excellent job at demolition and reconstruction. They were transparent, kept me up to date on progress, helped me tremendously in dealing with my insurance. I am extremely satisfied with the work they performed.
