Excellent customer service provided from start to finish by Harpreet and his crews. I highly recommend there services.
Harpreet and his team acted so fast on clearing our basement…we were one of thousands that were flooded on July 16th…our Ins. Co. (Intact) sent their own restoration company (On Side)13 days too late!! By that time everything had mold growing on it and nothing was salvageable!! Harpreet sent his team in and in less than 48hrs they had everything removed, scrubbed down and sanitized! I cannot thank them enough! They worked so hard on some of the hottest days and never complained….THANK YOU SERVEPRO OF GEORGETOWN!!
Servpro helped us during the July flood of 2024. Harpreet was great to work with. He responded quickly and the team did a great job on our basement. Communication with Harpreet was friendly and professional and he was always available if I had questions. I really appreciate the support that they gave to us in a difficult time.

Firstly, I hope that nobody experiences the flooding, chaos, and disruption to life that we experienced during the GTA flood of July 16th, 2024. But if you ever do find yourself in that terrible circumstance you NEED to call Harpreet and the team at ServPro of Georgetown, Acton. Our detached home suffered 6” of storm drain water backup flooding the entire basement after the system was overrun with flash flooding.
