I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sev Pro of Medina. Recently, we arrived home late to a failed water heater, and water damage to my finished basement. I was devastated and at a loss. I called Serv Pro, and they showed up ASAP with a team to extract the water and tear out any affected materials (carpeting, padding, the like). The team Servepro sent was great. They took care of the problem. Best part was they were able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours and arrived on time.
I had a pipe break in my basement. I called Servpro who came out within 24 hours. They sent Robert who was absolutely amazing. He should be the face of Servpro. He was extremely professional and polite and hardworking. He put the calm in a stressful situation. Would highly recommend Servpro.
They were a great company to work with. Always answers any questions I had and they were always on time and followed up frequently to check on their work
