I used Team Zubricki for my fire claim and they completely screwed up! Rarely did I get a call back from anyone let alone they were as sweet as sugar to get me to sign with them but after i did and work finally started i rarely heard from them. When their was a problem they refused to speak about it so I called the owner I think his name Was Frank and I was told he doesn't speak to anybody he's on vacation. Try back in 3 weeks. Sergio H and his team were prompt, professional, thorough, and quick. We had a leak from the upstairs unit and our insurance hired Servpro to do the mitigation work. Sergio reached out to schedule the work right away, explained all the work he and the team were going to do clearly, and answered all my questions patiently.
