I have known Paul from Servpro for several years and he has the utmost integrity and business knowledge in the industry. I would trust Paul and his company with my own family and myself if the need occurs.
Left my job un-done. If your job is small like mine, expect ONLY mitigation from ServPro of Fraser. The clean-up - quick and reasonable. If you want REPAIR go somewhere else. They advertise they do the whole job start to finish but not. They sub-contract out restoration for small jobs. They don't follow through and the sub-contractor Mike can't be bothered enough to even call you. Months later my job is still not done! If you want poor customer service and have a strong desire to be lied to, call ServPro of Fraser. Lisa is beyond incompetent and you will never hear from Paul after his initial visit. Horrible, nightmare to deal with. Understanding? More lies.
They overcharge they charge for every air mover and Dehumidifier that they plugged up and they charge you for it don’t tell you the boss Paul is very races and he takes a vantage of people who don’t understand the meaning of restoration company he will use you for every dollar insurance company will give be careful people open your eyes and don’t use them you’re better off using construct a team
