The worst and craziest experience of my life. I don’t want to come across as just some Karen. But every visit had things that are just absolutely insane. The first visit was the worst, the very first conversation I had with the worker in my house was to get confirmation that my home insurance claim was indeed approved before tearing up my kitchen floor boards. ServePro was a lifesaver when we had a washer malfunction leading to a full flood in our downstairs. Jose our technician is super knowledgeable & has helped get us through a very stressful situation. The office staff has great communication, as well. Techs are always on time & helpful.
