Had a leak from an upstairs bathroom and needed water mitigation. Called ServPro and they were out within an hour or so. Russell was courteous and did a great job explaining everything. His coworker Nick was great too. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend them.
This problem started in December of 2025. It is now June 2026. We had a leak in the kitchen that went down to the basement. The mitigation team was fine. Came out quickly. Took care of the damage. Price was what was greed upon with insurance. We were told restoration would take 2-3 weeks. We even added on some renovation because they seemed like a reasonable company to work with.
