We were out of town on a vacation when our family home flooded. From the first hour, the entire Servpro team was on it. I cannot say enough about the entire contents/moving team - Kamein, Dre, Jesus, Jose, Allax, Anias, Adis, Marisol, Maria, Raquel, Luis, Jesus leal, Barbara, Gabriel - they worked so hard and treated us like family. Servpro did an amazing job for us. We had water damage in our basement and had some incorrect guidance from another company as to the cause. Servpro was able to identify the cause of the leak, recommended a plumber and do the remediation for the water damage. They were beyond first rate! Russell led the engagement and was extremely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond.

Reggie and his team did a fantastic job cleaning up a leak in the laundry room. They were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up all the mess. Reggie was also very thorough, checking for any additional damage, and explaining all the steps along the way. I would happily use ServePro again if we find ourselves in this situation.
