Brian performed a moisture test at my home on Friday March 13th. It was handled professionally and explained clearly. Brian took time to answer my questions and share helpful observations about the conditions in my home. Our vanity faucet line burst while away, causing to flood our master bathroom, bedroom, closet and foyer to flood. Serpro of Florence, which includes, Brian, Shawn,Key, JB, Billy, and Cam arrived the next morning and have been here for 11 days straight. They could not be any more professional!!
