The initial service and responsiveness was courteous, helpful and cooperative. But, consumer beware. The company billed us an exhorbitant amount ($179k) to remediate the water damaged home of ~1600s.f. They charged us almost twice what insurance said was fair and reasonable. Had we been privy to the unbelievable expense, we would have bull-dozed the damaged home (as we had initially contemplated and shared with Serv pro) and rebuilt a home with the insurance money provided. The company is overpriced; They quoted my mom $10k for a water loss in her basement . Another company quoted and charged less than $1k worth of work for the same loss. There were no explanations for the pricing. They also laid everyone off due to poor, disorganized management who couldn't do paperwork correctly. The "good" reason for taking everyone's jobs? Jus called , she said we have no man power and can't help us. So might as well said we are nit going to be in business any longer. Kinda of rude. I have been in business 38 years, I would never say something like this. She should of said we are short handed and give possibly can get to it in some time frame. But can't help at all. Not very professional. I know everyone is shorthanded but a little more professional attitude will go a long ways

We needed to remediate some water under the house. We called Servpro and Greg came to inspect our house. He clearly communicated what we needed and was overall very helpful. Tony and Cody later came to do the work and were great to have on site. They were very courteous and showed the utmost respect for us and our house.
