Edit: I should have asked my husband to verify the work before signing off on it since he has a background in this kind of work. NEVER let them pressure you into signing off on work until you get an expert eye on it. It turns out they cut through the vapor barrier on the house and left the flooring open for rats. Even then I wouldn't rate so low except that it feels now like I was asked to sign *because* they knew my husband wouldn't have. I would have made it one star but Andy did honestly try to make it safer for our 4yo.

Andy and his crew were incredible to work with. We're first-time home owners and I've never had to deal with anything like this before. We had a leak under our floor that started in our laundry room and went into the kitchen. There was also a lot of mold involved, which made things worse for us because on top of the general health issues my husband is allergic to mold.
