A remediation company is one you only need to call when it’s urgent - and when you’re in distress. I had a basement flood and really appreciated the speed at which they were able to come to my home, the accurate assessment of what to do next and the empathy from our project lead, Kyle. He was very patient with us and even quickly accommodated some add on services that we requested after the fact. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so due to how well we were treated.
I called around 8am Monday morning, and a team showed up at my house an hour later to give me an estimate for basement cleanup after sewer and storm drain backups. The cost was very fair, and the team was able to start the job immediately. James and Ryan were fantastic, explaining things well and being very considerate of my belongings.
