Needed bedroom and other areas cleaned after an attack, including pepper spray. I was told complete cleaning of all surfaces needed to be done along with removal of carpet and pad. I was told they would clean it to the point I would no be afraid to let a baby crawl around and there would be nothing in there to harm it. After they left I found all the staples from pad were still in the floor, and visible spray still on the door and wall. We had a major water issue impact much of our house…. While the entire ordeal was awful, working with Serv Pro was outstanding. Jim, AK, Kenny and crew were friendly, hard working and fantastic communicators. We always knew when they’d be there and the next steps in our home. We especially appreciated Jim and his patience, care and understanding. Absolutely recommend this entire crew and team.
