BEWARE! After a big storm I had some water in my basement. They kept telling me they could get to my house the next day. After 3 days and my carpet likely rotting I gave up on them. Terrible customer service. If they would have been honest with me up front I would have found someone else.
We had an outrageous amount of rain to the point our sump couldn’t keep up. I called and spoke with someone who informed me that they were only setting up dehumidifiers and drying out basements. I needed some demo done removing the carpet and inspecting the drywall. In an around about way they told me they weren’t going to do any demo work. Maybe in a few weeks they could. So I called a local company and they were out at my house within 10 hrs. Local company’s where it’s at.
I have a light gray carpet in my living room with much traffic and the dog my carpets 10 years old been clean several times and this morning Dale Leuthard Was out to clean my carpet and I have to say it is the best it has ever looked since it was new. I so appreciate your services. Definitely a five star more highly recommend them.
