We spotted mold in our downstairs basement. I did a quick search for mold restoration and ServPro came up as one of the higher rated companies in the area, and I can see why! The customer service is excellent, my wife and I felt listened to and like all of our questions were answered. Darin and Fabian did an excellent, diligent steam cleaning of a sewer break at a local business. Was not an easy job, actually in a small tunnel. Friendly , easy to work with. Cleaned up after...restored area like nothing happened. Thanks!!!!
Dale did a good job cleaning my home carpets. my only concern is they left foot prints on my wood floor which was disappointing because I will need to clean the floor which I don't feel is necessary to have my carpets cleaned. the crew last time brought drop cloths to cover all of the wood flooring and they made sure every thing was clean and dry. We had extensive water damage from a washing machine. I contacted Servpro and visited with Jim. He came to our home within 45 minutes. He worked with our insurance adjuster, took readings and walked us through the mitigation and restoration process. He then had an amazing team come in to complete the work. Dale and the boys moved my stuff out and back in with perfection and respect to our stuff. I don't know the guys who did the tear and and walls but they did awesome as well. Would have gave 5vstars but wasn't satisfied what so ever with the guy the had to restore my basement. He seemed very out of place and lost. His measurements where way off fornthe flooring and he never stayed in touch had to call him after the holidays to even find out what was going on.
