At 10:30 PM, Todd from the "Priority Response Team" called a family member and told them there had been a fire at my husband's workplace. Naturally, they panicked and gave Todd our phone number. I had high expectations based on how the project was initially presented, but unfortunately the experience did not meet those expectations. Communication was inconsistent throughout the entire process, and I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to receive responses. Issues that arose were not properly communicated, which made operations at my commercial property more difficult and impacted my tenants. I am extremely disappointed with ServePro's service following our smoke damage incident. Our insurance company referred them to us, but their involvement quickly felt like they took over, resulting in inflated bills that our insurance had to cover. Despite multiple requests, they never sent us estimates, yet they proceeded with work and billed us months later.
