I hired Servpro to do my mold remediation in my basement, as I had heard good things about the company. My complaint is not with the crew, who worked in 100 degree weather to empty my basement and apply the mold treatment. They hauled away the trash and were great. However, with the remaining contents of my basement stored in my garage, I found out that they would not be cleaning them and putting them back into my basement.
