DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I had my bathroom burned down by a plumber and insurance told me to call around for some quotes. Servpro is the only company that was willing to give me a quote for free which is the only good thing I can say about them but it should have been a warning. They quoted the insurance company for $27 000 for a tiny bathroom renovation over half the cost was in cleaning and abatement alone. I dealt with Kris Kasper.
