Amazing! Is all I can say! We had a leak on my our third floor balcony that we didn’t realize was flooding our third floor until water came through the lights! I called serve pro and even though the entire area had major flooding they were able to send someone the next day. He used his moisture detection gun to see where sheet rock needed to be removed and at 8 am the next day there was a team at my door putting up containment barriers and removed three floors of sheetrock. Bob and his team came highly recommended to us after we had a house fire. With some fire damage, and a lot of smoke and water damage, we had a long road ahead of us. They took my personal possessions from the house March of 2025 after a house fire We have been calling for the past 3 weeks requesting our stuff back that they got paid by my insurance company over $28,000 And they tells us they are reviewing our case and do not return a call of our stuff back Terrible to deal with No customer service manners All we are requesting is our stuff back nothing else It shouldn’t be that hard to do They have boxes of stuff that oi every personal to us Our family memories
