Call someone else. We had a small leak in basement due to a frozen pipe that burst. I called to have someone come look at it and let us know what the issue was. They left a fan and dehumidifier to help us dry out the basement. Assumed everything was fine and went about my business. Wake up and find a $2000 charge on our account, no explanation, no invoice, no estimate, no warning whatsoever that would be the amount. Our account got overdrawn.
