I cannot recommend Servpro of East Raleigh, Zebulon and Knightdale enough. 5 stars for sure. William- the project manager, went above and beyond in every way! We needed the work done a specific week but due to delays from insurance and paperwork it looked impossible. Once William got involved, things fell into place as he worked very hard to line things up. The job was completed the dates we needed and the results were amazing. I couldn't be happier with how ServicePro handled my water damage remediation project. They helped me through hurdles with my insurance company, they did a great job of keeping the house clean during demo, and they were always responsive, prompt, and professional. I hope I never have reason to use them again, but if I do, I will certainly be back.

It was an unpleasant surprise to come home from a weekend trip to find water all over the floor. I am thankful for Servepro water mitigation and the great work they did cleaning up the mess. I would certainly recommend Servepro to friends, family, and neighbors. If you ever have an unfortunate water damage surprise like this, don't hesitate to give them a call.
