I had a very disappointing experience with this ServPro location regarding a furniture cleaning service. This was surprising to me given the strong reviews I found posted here. I was provided an estimate of approximately $600 to clean four chairs and approved the work based on that price. After ServPro completed the cleaning, I received a bill for more than $1,300 — more than double the quoted estimate.
