This is one of the best companies I ever ran across Nick Lacaria is a real great guy has good customer service in his business is the best price in Charlotte North Carolina when you call these guys they come quick they can do anything and anything that you need is nothing when it comes to business that these guys cannot do I would use these guys anytime of the day they work around the clock

I had a water leak at my house and the damage was quite extensive. ServPro came to my house within two hours of notification at 7 pm and got to work right away. Seth, Richie, Dante, and Shelby are responsible, thorough, and responsive. They began the drying process immediately when they arrived at my house and stayed till midnight. I am thoroughly happy with the professionalism and service With Servpro East Mecklenburg Matthews I had major water damage from bathroom They came in took control and handle everything from drying to all repairs Logan Segar and his team of craftsman did an awesome job I rate them as 10 stars

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. When I was told that a different SERVPRO team would be taking over, I did not have very high expectations because I had already been through so much with a local SERVPRO. I will admit that I was a little rude at first because of everything I had experienced. But then I walked into my home and saw Maykol, who welcomed me into my own house with a big smile.
